HOW IT WORKS
Each season, we will release a new ‘drop’ of limited fabric colours for you to choose from. The dyes we use will depend on what’s in season, what’s available to us at the time, or even what we’ve lovingly stored in our freezer. You can then match your favourite FLOTS shape with your preferred colour of the season.

All our colours are naturally dyed using locally foraged materials or food waste.
DYE DROP 01
Our first drop consists of two colours
01 / the most perfect pink, not peachy but not bubblegum, just right! dyed using both stones and skins of avocados that have been lovingly collected in the freezers of us and our friends and families over the last few months. Avocado is obviously not locally grown or seasonal so this wont be a regular colour for us, its taken a few months to collect enough for a good bath.
02/ a pale peachy shell, dyed using Bladderwrack Seaweed, a incredibly abundant local resource. The exploration of Seaweed as a dye is at the heart of FLOTS' conception and as such Bladderwrack is one of the dyes we will be reaching for again and again. This however is a delicate pale shade of a winter batch and has a slight lean towards orange.
